1. Ticket Management
Improved the interface so that long consultation group names are truncated with an ellipsis in the LNB area.
Improved the Dooray! transfer feature so that users can choose whether to include comment details from ticket handling history.
Improved ticket search so that multiple selections can be made for channels, request types, and handling types.
Added a “Show Preview Button” option to the ticket handling settings, making it easier to choose whether to run a preview. When this option is enabled, the “Processing” button and “Preview” button are displayed as a grouped button set.
