#### **1. チケット管理** <a href="#id-1" id="id-1"></a>

* チケット作成時に「自分に割り当てる」機能を追加しました。
  * チケット作成画面で「自分に割り当てる」をチェックすると、担当者が自分に固定され、簡単にチケットを作成できます。

#### **2. サービス管理 ＞ チケット** <a href="#id-2" id="id-2"></a>

* 通知メールに「ユーザーフィールド」の内容を挿入できるよう、置換コードを追加しました。
* チケットの自動完了機能を追加しました。
  * ［サービス管理］＞［チケット］＞［その他設定］で自動完了を有効にすると、設定した時間に応じて解決済みチケットが自動的に「完了」になります。
* Contiple の標準機能として提供していた代表アカウント（@oc.nhncloud.com）作成機能を削除します。
