**権限区分**

* **オペレーター**
  * お問合せ管理またはイシュー管理に所属するメンバーで、お客様のお問い合わせへの対応および処理を遂行
* **管理者**
  * お問合せ管理またはイシュー管理に所属するメンバーとして、オペレーターへの業務割り当て、権限の付与・解除を行います。
  * 円滑な顧客対応のため(お問合せ管理またはイシュー管理)サービスに対する詳細な設定および管理を行います。

**メニュー·機能使用権限のご案内**

* オペレーターとして追加するユーザーは、IAM会員として登録されている必要があります。
  * \[NHN Cloud CONSOLE] → \[会員管理] → \[IAM 会員]で登録することができます。
* 登録されていないユーザーをオペレーターに追加するには、[会員登録](#id-1-2)機能を使用してください。

### **1-1. オペレーター追加** <a href="#id-1-1" id="id-1-1"></a>

* \[サービス管理] → \[オペレーター]でオペレーターを追加したり、グループを作成したりすることができます。
* オペレータータブに移動します。
* オペレーター追加ボタンをクリックし、オペレーター追加画面に移動します。
* オペレーター情報を入力し、付与する権限をチェックし、保存ボタンをクリックしてオペレーターの追加を完了します。

### **1-2. 会員登録** <a href="#id-1-2" id="id-1-2"></a>

* 会員登録ボタンをクリックして、会員登録ポップアップを実行します。
* 招待するIAM 会員（オペレーター）情報を入力後、確認ボタンをクリックします。
* 入力したメールアドレスにパスワード設定メールが送信され、パスワード設定時にIAM会員登録が完了します。

## **➋ グループ追加** <a href="#group" id="group"></a>

**(オペレーター) グループとは？**

* 特定の基準で分類したオペレーターの集合です。

* トリガー設定によるグループごとのチケット割り当てや通知メールの転送用に使用できます。

* \[サービス管理] → \[オペレーター] でグループを作成したり、オペレーターを追加したりできます。

* グループタブに移動します。

* グループ追加ボタンをクリックして、グループの追加ポップアップを実行します。

* グループ名を入力し、グループに含めるオペレーターをチェックし、保存ボタンをクリックしてグループの追加を完了します。
